Sword Ledger Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 12, 2026. This Privacy Policy applies to the Sword Ledger app for mobile devices, together with related services operated by FUN AND MOBILE SP Z O O, referred to here as the Service Provider.
Overview
Sword Ledger is a collection documentation and record-keeping utility for historical asset records, provenance notes, condition reports, care schedules, appraisal records, value charts, training logs, and PDF documentation packets.
The app is not a weapon marketplace, authentication service, appraisal service, insurance provider, legal advisory service, combat training tool, or weapon-handling guide.
What Information the Application Obtains
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking by the Service Provider.
Location Data
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Data Retention
The Application does not collect or retain personal information on the Service Provider’s servers through normal use.
Collection records that users create inside the app, such as blade profile fields, smith or maker details, historical periods, condition scores, provenance notes, condition reports, comparison selections, care schedules, maintenance products, appraisal dates, appraiser identities, estimated values, verification notes, collection charts, training logs, PDF exports, and settings, are intended to remain local to the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
If you voluntarily contact FUN AND MOBILE by email or another external channel, the provided message and contact details may be retained only as long as necessary to respond, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve the request.
Data Deletion
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device. Any local records stored by the app may also be removed by deleting the app or by using available local reset or deletion controls where provided.
If you voluntarily provided information to the Service Provider outside the app, you may request deletion of that information by contacting support@funandmobile.it.com.
Third-Party Access
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no app data is shared with third parties by the Service Provider.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it may hold through voluntary contact.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting app personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided outside the app, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone. If a child voluntarily provides personal information through other means, a parent or guardian should contact the Service Provider.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Changes to This Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, consent may be requested before material changes take effect.
